Open The Creative Floodgates - Cardmaking
It really has been years since I have made a card.
I scrapbook a little each year, but cards, that is just a whole different realm and I have to be in a certain groove to do it.
Last week one of the ladies from MOW had a birthday so I wanted to make her a card.
I have also wanted to participate in the challenges my friend Susan is now part of over at
Those two things combined got me in front of my desk creating.
It was fabulous!
Here is what I created. I used this sketch for inspiration.

It felt good to create, to complete something. It also felt good to give one away. I need to look for opportunities to write little messages to others, to use my cards!
